Fast Dispensing System
Electronic prescriptions are sent instantly to the dispensary, with printing of prescriptions, medicine bag labels, sick leave certificates and attendance certificates to shorten dispensing time and reduce handwriting errors.
Member Management System
Includes a patient follow-up list: for example, patients who need a monthly follow-up are listed so staff can call them with a reminder. Also supports member tier discounts and treatment packages, with series treatments such as Sanfu moxibustion redeemed per session.
Complete POS System
The POS combines medicine fees, consultation fees and product sales so the front desk collects payment once and prints a sales receipt; sales reports can be viewed by day, month or year, and report content can be customised.
Medicine Inventory Management
Tracks medicine expiry dates, stock levels and lot numbers to avoid expired or short stock, with medicine stock management reports; product items can be entered and maintained in Excel.
